Let me explain something about this whole “house obsession” thing before I show you this really rockin’ house that I found. [Don't roll your eyes!] I’ve always looked for houses. Even when I was a kid, I looked for houses. I am that person who would go to open houses just to see what they look like inside…you know…if I didn’t have two kids and a husband who refuses to go with me.
A house for sale is like a possible and alternate reality and I can’t help but imagine what breakfast would be like in each of these houses that I find. So, roll your eyes if you must, but I’m going to keep looking for houses and I’ll probably keep posting them on here.

Check out the original light fixture.
Not so sure about the wallpaper
The fire place is huge.
Look at that stove!
Love the ceiling.
The carpet would have to go.
They have updated the house a bit.

I totally understand the looking at houses sickness, I really love to look at them as well.
That house is beautiful! But I totally agree with you on the wallpaper and carpet issues.

I’m a housey, too, and without the interested husband. He HATES looking at houses but I can go to open houses and models and Parade of Homes every weekend.
