I got on this weird tear on Twitter where I was referring to myself in the third person.
It was fun at first and then it just got damn tiring. Maybe my brain just isn’t wired for all of that work. You try it for a couple of hours and see how it turns out for you.

OK. So it’s not illeism. It’s dehumanization but I always think of that quote. And I wonder if they aren’t a bit of the same thing. Both serve to remove the…what word am I looking for? Weird?
