The one negative that I have to say about My Baby A to Z is that it’s not very long.

By the fourth time of Cara cycling through the video and me being punched in the arm to restart the video, I finally got smart to the “continuous play” option.  [I think my arm is bruised.]

I was concerned that the DVD was going to look homemade and be annoying.  I have my doubts that my two year old could give a flying flip about a DVD looking homemade since she routinely plays with straws and rocks, but it matters to me if I have to watch the thing over and over and over.

I can honestly say that I have no idea how I feel about this video and breastfeeding to this age.

I know that I think that there’s a point when a child is too old but I don’t know what that age is or who decides it.

Is it the mother?  The child?  The society?

Interested to hear your thoughts.

Last night my eyes were a bit swollen and I had snot running down to my top lip.  [I'm an ugly crier.]

I was watching the Pausch story on ABC and every time he came on the screen, I started crying again.

I must admit that I had never heard of the man until the story broke that he had died.  Even then, my reaction was one of indifference; people die everyday and I didn’t know him.

As a matter of fact, I was almost annoyed at all of the constant talk about Pausch and his “last lecture” because I just didn’t get what the big deal was.

I’m going to hell for posting this:

You have given my daughter, my husband, and me hours and hours of enjoyment.

But, I’m pretty pissed off at you right now.

The League of Maternal Justice posted a breastfeeding montage on your site in response to Facebook banning a picture of a woman breastfeeding her child.

It was a nice video. No bare boobs, nothing offensive.

For some reason, you’ve banned our video. I say “our” because my daughter and I were in the video. No warning, no reason. You just banned it.

Since I know that you guys can’t get enough of my amazingly cute kid, I figured that I would share this movie.
My friend Alana’s hubby made the movie and I think he did a purty darn good job.

I was on Blogher and found a spiffy new blog…well new to me anyway. She had a hilarious video by Flight of the Conchords who incidentally, I had never heard of. See what I just did there?
