While I was at Blissdom last week, Mom kept the kids.
The one thing Cara wanted in the entire world was to go see the movie Rapunzel; I suspect she identified with Rapunzel’s blonde hair.
On one of our Skype calls, Cara showed me the Rapunzel dress-up outfit Mom had bought for her and the amount of pride that kid had…she was a happy little girl.
Today Cara came out of her room in the dress and started twirling and singing the main theme to Sleeping beauty–the awesomeness of the dress confused her brain. Ollie, not to be outdone, decided his car undies and t-shirt were equally awesome and got in on the dancing.
Pictures like these make me remember that sometimes my kids are pretty cool.
