No, I am not above posting a Charlie Sheen video. Especially when it’s this awesome. 
The way I look at it is Charlie Sheen provided this amazingly odd sound bites and it was IGN’s duty to utilize those sound bites in a fashion that accentuated the clips.
They accomplished that and then some.
Word of advice, this probably isn’t safe for work–unless you have a really cool boss or work from home–so turn your speakers off and kinda lean over your computer.
