On the left side of the sanity bell curve
I am a writer. I am a wife. I am a mom. I am a gamer. I am riddled with ADD. Order changes daily.
Last weekend was Tucker’s drill weekend and since it was a very fair day, the kids and I headed to the playground. Unfortunately, we had to cut our play short since our bedroom–where Sophie spends a lot of her time–faces the playground and Sophie was howling loud enough to be an embarrassment. [nggallery id=5]

Oneirodynia [o·nei·ro·dyn·i·a (o-ni’ro-din’e-?)] n. Intense mental disturbance or distress associated with dreaming. I don’t remember having a lot of bad dreams. In fact, now that I think about it, no nightmares stick out in my mind. When I was little, I used to hide under my covers–late into the night–with my flashlight and devour books. I still read late into the night, I still devour books and I can only hope my kids develop the same passion. And I’m indoctrinating my kids with books and reading; what of it? These are… Continue reading 10 Favorite Kids’ Books

TJ Consunji announced just a bit ago on the Playstation blog that Killzone 3 Multiplayer Beta is officially ready for US download. From some recent whispers I’ve read on Twitter–if you can whisper whilst on Twitter–Killzone 3 Multiplayer could be a COD killer…though I’m not convinced on that one. Download the Beta via the PSN… Continue reading Killzone 3 Multiplayer Beta Live
